It has been an interesting summer in the life of Katy Worsley. I want to express a deep and fervent appreciation to all those who have been supportive and loving throughout the highs and lows. Through traveling, studying, loving and losing I have never faltered in understanding one thing- the Lord loves me and wants me to carry on. While reading one of President Monson's talks and I came across this lovely quote: “Both abundance and lack [of abundance] exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend … when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present—love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature, and personal pursuits that bring us [happiness]—the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience heaven on earth.” -Sarah Ban Breathnach So I am doing just that. I don't need to focus on the fact that I didn't get what I wanted...
